Phase 2j-a: method call syntax (`obj.method(args)`)¶

Summary¶

Implements 2j-a method-call sugar: c.bump() desugars to Counter_bump(self, …) via parser MethodCall, typecheck, and MIR CallProc; 150/150 li-tests green.
