Governance¶

Canonical doc: governance.md in li-langverse/roadmap.

Do not edit ecosystem policy here — open a PR to the roadmap repo (human merge for governance paths).

Strict by default¶

Org and package policy assumes strict by default: no optional provability; gate relaxation requires explicit li.toml / documented env and human review on protected branches. See strict-by-default.md.
